Myths and Legends

Myths & LegendsMyths & Legends Dance Company leans towards Theatrical Dance, and specializes in Story Telling Dance pieces. These are captured through fusion of several dance forms, the use of theatrical makeup, and splendidly ornate costumes they design and create themselves. From beautiful to monstrous, humorous to sensual, they have presented such pieces as, Drowner’s, Amazons, Pandora’s Box and Amadeus, to name a few. They delight in the process of creation, and recreation, inspired by the folk legends from many countries, as well as creating themed pieces specifically for those with a story to tell.
